Biblical Proof Jesus is God

In many, many places the Bible references, referrers to and calls Jesus, God, Here are just a few!

Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost (Spirit) hath made you overseers, to feed the Church of God, which He hath Purchased with His Own Blood.

Zechariah 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon Me (Jesus) whom they have pierced {Crucified}, and they shall mourn for Him, as one mourneth for his Only Son, and shall be in bitterness for Him, as one that is in bitterness for his Firstborn.

It is Jesus that shed His Blood and died on the Cross for us. Since Adam and Eve all humans are conceived and born as sinners. Sin separates us from the Holy God. Because we were separated by sin from God there could not be a gathering, a Church of Gods people. The penalty of sin is death and the shedding of Blood is the proof of death. Jesus bled and died on the Cross proving His death and in dying paying the penalty for our sins. Three days later Jesus then Resurrected into a Spiritual body to Create His Church by giving His Church New Eternal Spiritual Life, without sin, and with Himself. The Church is a gathering of fellowship with people whos sins are forgiven and who are now close to and in fellowship with God.

Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, Love your wives, even as Christ also loved the Church, and gave Himself for it.

1 Corinthians 10:32 Give none offense, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the Church of God.

Jesus Himself forgave sins and allowed Himself to be worshiped as only the one and only true God can.

Mark 2:5-12 When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee. But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts, Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house. And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.

John 9:35-38 Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when He had found him, He said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God? he answered and said, Who is He, Lord, that I might believe on Him? And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen Him, and it is He that talketh with thee. And he said, Lord, I believe. And he Worshipped Him.

Jesus is also referred to Exclusively as the Savior, Messiah, Lord, and King.

John 4:25,26 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias (Messiah) cometh, which is called Christ: when He is come, He will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am He.

Titus 1:1-4 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; But hath in due times manifested His word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour; To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour.

Jesus is the creator builder of all things.

Hebrews 1:2 (God) Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom (Jesus) He made the worlds {The physical and the spiritual realms}.

Hebrews 1:10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:

Hebrews 2:10 For it became Him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

Hebrews 3:4 For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.

All of these events took place Before, During and After the physical earthly appearance of Jesus, proving that Jesus is indeed the Promised Savior of Mankind that the Prophets of the Holy Bible spoke so many times about.

In Jesus the Christ we Christians do have the True, Living, Loving, Savior to put all of our trust, hopes and our cares into.

God Bless You,

Have a Jesus :o) Day!

David
